In 2023, architects from the Passelac Roques agency delivered the maturing cellar nestled at the rear of Château de Caraguilhes, in the Aude region of France. The large, pyramid-shaped maturing room, where natural light filtered through a gap at the top ensures a bright atmosphere and adequate ventilation.

Romain Passelac and François Roques' architectural practice, which has been based in Narbonne since 2004 and in Toulouse since 2024, celebrates 20 years of commitment to authentic architecture in the south of France on June 6, 2024.
Among the collaborations that have marked PasselacRoques' career is that with architects RCR for the design of the Musée Soulages. This building embodies the union of Pierre Soulages' artistic vision and the duo's architectural expertise, highlighting their ability to fuse creativity and functionality in large-scale projects. As the museum celebrated its tenth anniversary on May 30, 2024, it was also an opportunity for PasselacRoques to revisit the achievements that have shaped its career.
Restructuring of the wine cellar at Lycée professionnel Charlemagne - 2013/2016

The delivery of several projects between 2012 and 2016, such as the renovation of Domaine de la Cendrillon in Ornaisons, the wine packaging center for Groupe Gérard Bertrand in Narbonne, Domaine de la Madura in Saint Chinian, and the renovation/extension of the Lycée Charlemagne winery in Carcassonne, strengthened the agency's expertise in wine projects and opened up new opportunities. Extension and restructuring of the Technilum production site - Béziers - 2015/ 2017
2018 : PasselacRoques is nominated for the Mies van der Rohe award with the extension of the Technilum, Lézigno production site in Béziers.
2019 : Winner of the Occitanie architecture prize for the extension of the Lycée Charlemagne winery in Carcassonne.
2024: Opening of a second office in Toulouse.

Loges rooms and restructuring of partner areas at Parc des Sports de l'Amitié - Narbonne
The dressing rooms redefine the landscape of the Parc des Sports et de l'Amitié, while respecting its identity. Their aerial structure metamorphoses into luminous boxes at nightfall, offering an immersive and comfortable sporting experience.
