In 2023, Atelier Arago completed the construction of a new district comprising 59 housing units, divided into 36 collective housing units, 20 social housing units, 16 home-ownership units and 23 intermediate housing units, all built in wood structure. In accordance with the guidelines, the wood was not to be visible on the facade, so the architects chose to draw inspiration from the existing typology, creating small housing units spread over 2 to 3 levels.
