Atelier Filippini, known for its interventions on existing buildings and its knowledge of architectural and urban heritage, is carrying out a double mission for this strategic location: the construction of the new hall dedicated to commerce and culture, and the development of the Place des Victoires.
Since the implementation of the "Living city centres" programme launched by the Greater Paris Metropolis in 2018, the living environment of uses in the heart of cities has been a question. To this programme is added the reflection induced by the health crisis, and the concept of "the quarter-hour city".
In this context of new urban policy, Atelier Filippini delivers a symbolic place, a central marker in the urban landscape, capable of redefining the living space of a district.
• September 2022 - phase 1: delivery of the Market Hall.
• June 2023, phase 2: extension of the Market Hall and the new permanent commercial activity at the southern end of the Place des Victoires. Extension of the car park and development of the large square.
• September 2023: construction of a gourmet hall and its restaurant areas.
